Elementz.ca provides treated deicer and related tools designed to help customers manage winter conditions effectively. Efforts are made to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Minor variances in packaging, product design, or functionality may occur without notice.

Important Note: All sales are final, except as outlined in our return and refund policy.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or adjust special offers at any time. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or promotions may occur. If an error is discovered, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel it.

Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases.

5. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and other secure payment options. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Failure to provide valid payment information may result in order cancellation. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Canada and aim to process orders promptly. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Assisted Delivery for Seniors: If you opt for this service, we will place your order at your preferred location on your property as per the note section at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Upon delivery, please inspect your package and notify us immediately of any damage or missing items as outlined in Section 9 of these Terms.

7. Return and Refund Policy

All sales made on Elementz.ca are final. We do not offer returns or refunds, except under the following circumstances:

If the product you ordered is out of stock and cannot be restocked, we will issue a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Elementz.ca, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Elementz.ca and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9. Damages and Issues

We strive to ensure your order is delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@elementz.ca.

You may be asked to provide photos or additional details to process your claim. A resolution may include a replacement, refund (for out-of-stock items), or other agreed-upon actions.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Elementz.ca is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

We are not responsible for any misuse of our products, including failure to follow safety instructions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario.
